Herbosch-Kiere Marine Contractors joins forces with Red Funnel Group

The new year brings a new project for Herbosch-Kiere Marine Contractors in the UK.

After a competitive tendering process in 2020, Herbosch-Kiere Marine Contractors won a contract to replace a maintenance jetty and gangways for Red Funnel Group at the busy Terminal 1 in Southampton. Pontoon SEADEVIL will sail to the UK in June this year in order to carry out all the heavy lifting works.

The contract includes removing and taking away the existing jetty and access road with all the associated service pipes and manufacturing and installing a new jetty, access road and crane.
