Herbosch-Kiere supports Villa Rozerood with an end-of-year donation
At Herbosch-Kiere, we believe it is important to have a positive impact beyond our daily activities. That is why every year we choose to support an organization that helps people facing difficult circumstances with our end-of-year donation.
This year, our end-of-year gift of €5,000 went to Villa Rozerood in De Panne. Villa Rozerood is a respite care home where families with a seriously ill or care-intensive child can take a break and unwind. In a warm, homely setting by the sea, they are given the opportunity to spend time together and recharge their batteries. The initiative for this donation came from one of our colleagues. We are proud to be able to contribute to the work of Villa Rozerood through this support.

This year, Villa Rozerood is celebrating its 15th anniversary. Over the years, we have already welcomed 1,271 families. Our house has 18 rooms, including four apartments, and features seven height-adjustable beds to ensure everyone can stay comfortably. A nurse is present day and night, and with sensory rooms and play areas we aim to give families a genuine moment of peace and enjoyment. Your donation will be used to welcome new families and provide them with the support and relaxation they so greatly need. This amount allows us to cover approximately four days and offer families a valuable breathing space. On behalf of all the children and their families, I would like to sincerely thank you for this wonderful support. It brings us tremendous joy.
